Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you purchase formal wear, you can not return or exchange the purchased item, unless the exchange is regarding a size change to garment. In this case, we will happily exchange the item to the appropriate size, but the style will remain the same.

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business working days. The item will be shipped via USPS. Free shipping in United States on all orders over $100, enter code SN1974. Free shipping offer does not apply to returns or exchanges.
Orders received are sent by United States Postal Service; Standard Shipping. On average shipping takes between 3-10 business days depending on your USA location. In the event that you need expedited shipping please email email@example.com BEFORE placing your online order.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. IMPORTANT - Inspect all packages BEFORE YOU SIGN. Note on the delivery receipt any obvious damage or notify the driver if present at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in you or your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. What is your return policy?
Web orders are eligible for full store credit exchange if returned to ShopSalon1974.Com return department within 10 days of delivery to our online returns department.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All returns must meet the following requirements. No EXCEPTIONS.

Upon discretion, items returned outside of the alloted time frame will be credited at the current sale price.
